标题0000084: 使用anolis源无法安装texinfo软件包，报perl缺失
描述安装一个texinfo的包，在PowerTools目录下，报依赖冲突
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides perl(Unicode::EastAsianWidth) needed by texinfo-6.5-6.el8.x86_64
我初步看了下，怀疑是anolis的源没有了modules配置，但是却有module+xx的rpm包导致

具体repo配置如下：

问题重现步骤1、安装问题描述配置anolis软件源
2、安装texinfo软件包：yum install texinfo
